1. GENERAL

1.1 Scope

Customers must provide valid data for customs clearance. Vaultier is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information that prevent shipment or clearance.

4. ERRORS

You can correct personal data errors through your account or by contacting us. Vaultier is not responsible for incorrect personal data that affects orders. We strive for accurate product and pricing information but reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect details.

5. TRADE RULES

5.1 Price and Payment
Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees. Payment methods include major credit cards and other listed options.

5.2 Colors
We aim to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary by device.

5.3 Packing
We follow standard packing practices unless otherwise specified.

5.4 Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally from multiple warehouses. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

5.5 Title and Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title remains with Vaultier until full payment is received.

5.6 Returns
Returns are accepted within specific timeframes. Contact Customer Service for details. Some items are non-returnable (e.g., lingerie, swimwear).

5.7 Reviews and Submissions
By posting content on our Services, you grant Vaultier a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it. You also guarantee that your content does not infringe on others’ rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP

All content on the Services belongs to Vaultier or its licensors and is protected by law. You do not acquire any rights to use our trademarks or content except as outlined here.

8. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Vaultier is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

9. LIABILITY FOR PURCHASED PRODUCTS, WAIVER, AND STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Vaultier’s liability for products is limited to their purchase price, except as otherwise required by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vaultier provides the Services “as is” and disclaims all warranties to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. LEGAL DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA

12. LEGAL TERMS

12.1 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Vaultier’s consent. Vaultier may transfer these Terms.

12.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Vaultier.

12.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Vaultier against claims from your use of the Services.

12.4 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
